It is a top priority at our office to maintain the health and safety of all of our patients, staff, and community. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have instituted a few new guidelines. Please read the following important information to make the new standards an easier transition for all.

  1. Prior to your appointment, please look over the COVID-19 screening questions and notify the office of your answers.
  2. When You Arrive: Please stay in your vehicle

  4. Mask Required: Please wear a mask before entering the building

No visitors will be allowed in the waiting room or exam room with patients unless needed for assistance. Come by yourself and have your visitor wait in your car.

Children who are patients are to be brought to the office with One Adult only.
